The Transportation Committee has considered:                                   
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 182                                                            
"An Act making a special appropriation to the Department of                   
Transportation and Public Facilities, northern region, for                     
identification and delineation of a transportation and utility                 
corridor between Fairbanks and the Seward Peninsula; and                       
providing for an effective date."
